9. Choice of Law and Forum. The Site is controlled and operated by Move with Me from its offices in Los Angeles, California, and these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site may be brought only in a federal or state court in Los Angeles, CA having jurisdiction of the subject matter, and you irrevocably consent that such court shall have personal jurisdiction over you and waive any objection that the court is an inconvenient forum.

10. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, it will be severed from the rest of these Terms, which shall remain unaffected.

11. Complete Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Move With Me relating to the Site and your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings not incorporated herein.

12. Termination. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms or on the Site, Move with Me reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site.
